Can you help me with my beard?

I didn't shave at all during No Shave November. Now I have this underdeveloped looking caveman beard. I exaggerate a little, it's not that bad. But I don't have much experience in this beard growing business. If I keep trimming it and keep it up will it eventually look like an adult man's beard? Will it fill out and look normal?
