What causes l hypersensitivity ( not painful)?

I am 50 years old. I had a hysterectomy at 40. I have suffered from hot flashes ever since. My latest symptom, however is more bothersome. I have been having l hypersensitivity (not pain, but more like excitability) througout the day, without any stimulation. It occurs randomely and is almost impossible to ignore. By the time I finish trying to block it out (can't relieve yourself all the time, lol) I am not even interested in with my husband. when we do have , I climax quickly. What is cusingthis? Is it a normal menopausal symptom, could it be autoimmune ( I have RA and Fibromyalgia) or could it be something else?
