I am soon trying out for High School Cheerleading, but I need to improve my toe touch. I have great flexibility and can do the splits both ways, but when I try to do my toe touch it isn't as high nor as good as it could be. I need to know how to roll my hips and get my legs higher. I know its supposed to look like your doing a straddle in the air but my legs are bellow my hips and I can't get them up. Any tips? PLEASE HELP.
