Going back to Court after a year for my DUI charge.?

I received a dui in december 2008 and i go back to court to renew my license in January. I live in Virginia and have gone thru all of my necessary cles and paid all of my fees. When i go back to court next month im supposed to bring some doent from the DMV, does anybody know what i may have to bring? If not i will just have to call the courthouse to ask what i need to bring. Thanks for any information,
