Will stem cells mean doctors are no longer needed nearly as much?

Of course we'll still need them for emergency medicine like broken bones etc, but with stem cells there exists the very real chance that entire organs can be regrown... specialists would be obsolete, as why fix something you can just replace with a brand new part?
