Property Transfer in the UK?

Myself and my brother own 2 properties jointly - 1 a house and 1 a shop - both are in the UK and we wish to split these in to separate names - a price differential has been agreed as the house is worth more than the shops. Should this be a matter of using a TR1 Land registry form and 1 pay the other - or could this be more complicated ? Any Help appreciated - and bear in mind this is a UK Transaction - Many Thanks
