Your opinion on employees strike?

in my opinion the strike is always useless, because the staffs strike and they are already have minor problems instead of that u can file a case in the name on the firm. but in ur case to deal with hospital, if nurses, and doctors strike the common people will affect more than the owner of the hospital, so it is better to think of other solutions.
