Do i have to be 18 to get a tattoo?!?

Depends on the state you live dear. Certain state have an 18 or older rule and other will do it if your parents are with you. It is okay to go to a place that bends the rules ( I got my first tattoo at 16 at a place like that). Just make sure they open the needle package in front of you. And look around, do some research. Tattoos are forever!
