Having a recurring dream about this girl who constantly somehow leaves me, any interpretations?

I am having basically the same dream just changing the settings and words, but it's always about me and a girl that I used to have a relationship with but had a pretty bad end. Recently we began to talk a lot and get in touch again. In the dream I am basically with her somehow (in a car, living together, visiting) and she somehow leaves me (left me on the road, ignored me while another guy visited her, left me for an ex of hers). Basically that's the dream, what varies is the scenario and random people around. Any idea what is my subconscious trying to say?
