Madeleine’s blood was found in the car. How can the body bleed after death ?

I didnt get why this case was made such a big thing about in the first place, so many children/adults get kidnapped so why did they put this one on the news? its just really wierd and i dont like the parents at all, as if they leave two kids alone in a hotel on holiday while they go to a resturant? They seemed fishy to me. and i dont think all the publicity has made the situation better because i think thats proberbly what the parents want, publicity, sad really i no.
