Thanks officer for the quick reply,i appreciate it,is there any way to appeal this through the courts?

the crime was over 20 years ago,the lawyer i had at the time told me that after 10 years they would be reinstated,i geuss this was not true,and does this law vary from state to state? or is this the rule?do i have any recorse to to be reinstated?thankyou again
