Valplast Partial, I left my 1 tooth valplast on the sink this morning.....?

I left my 1 tooth valplast on the sink this morning while brushing my teeth, I forgot to put it back in and am concerned that it will be ruined. When I received it my dentist told me not to leave it out, to keep it in water, or it will dry up? - I am freaking out, bcs this could be like a $400.00 mistake .... Does anyone have any knowledge on this .... will it be ok for 9 hours while im at work. Plz help!!
