Will a good SAT I math score and a good Math II score make up for an ok Math 1 score?

I got 670 on my math level 1 subject test which isn't very good but I got a 750 on my sat math (which is very good I think). If I get around a 750 on my Math level II, will colleges not penalize me for my math level 1?
